Thumbnail deals at 12:56 - I did end up buying the bit carabiner, curious to see the quality of it.

If walmart went back to 24hr it would be the perfect place to get decent emergency tools late at night during your mechanic journeys. I used to go there for dumb things like drill bits or sockets late at night i either didnt have or broke during a repair. We car guys like to hangout and work on stuff late at night. This is a solid option for when home depot is closed.

I just got the 12v drill, charger and battery included for $20 and that little thing works great! I have an M18 but needed something for smaller projects around the house!
@CJRoberts8812Ай бұрын
At 15:45 you were looking at that small socket set. If you look right below that, you'll see a slightly larger set with a adjustable wrench, a ratcheting screwdriver handle, and a 1/4" AND 3/8" ratchet for $22. That has about the same bit selection and a few 3/8" sockets as well. I have had one of those sets for so long that the original case melted from sitting under the seat of my truck, but it is good enough to have gotten me out of a few jams on the road.

Hyper Tough now has a right angle die grinder kit for under $50. It looks just like the M12 that I paid like $249 for the kit and I have used it less then 10x in about 6 months. If this Hyper Tough one was out when I bout my M12, I prob would of went the Walmart way. I always say if it is a tool your use at your job or use it everyday then buy a decent brand. If it is a tool you might need someday, even once or twice a year, then buy a cheaper brand.
@michaelosmon19 күн бұрын
Buy a better arbor than the one it comes with. The cheap one vibrates the tool like crazy but I bought one at harbor freight that doesn't vibrate anywhere near as much. In my mind this will help the cheap tool last longer

I've had the hyper tough coded drill for 3 years now and Ive used it many times around the house. Definitely paid for itself many times. Not everyone needs the best of the best. Tho now I want a new kit from hyper tough to get rid of the cord.

We don't have any Walmarts this well stocked. Either the tool isle is one side of a shelve or half of it is empty.

The only Walmart this well stocked around here (Dayton) is the Supercenter and it is too far away.

I had to grab myself the mid torque impact wrench cause it went out of stock two days after I got mine and that fact you can buy warranty on top of the 3 year warranty just makes it even better literally for the extra $3 I spent $100 and got the tool and a extra battery for less than a $100 so in my opinion it’s not bad
@rrt08Ай бұрын
Walmart by me said all self check out lanes are being removed. My stores don’t have that inventory. Hart tools are mostly gone.

I got a mini bit ratchet from one of those red tool pdqs last year. Thing has been absolute fire for doing auto interior work and was strong enough to torque down the terribly located exhuast bolts on a motorcycle

Walmart is my one stop automotive shop and I specialize in motorcycle repairs and do some car and truck work as well. Best prices for oil, fluids and tools. And if you’re lucky enough with a good employee they will sometimes price match certain companies online as well
@movaughn20Ай бұрын
Love the 12v extended head ratchet from walmart. $59 and takes a beating.
@Shannon-v3rАй бұрын
The torque channel tested it and it blew me away. I don’t have much need at all for high, mid or any torque wrench. I’ve always wanted one just in case the need ever did pop up and it’s definitely a contender. I’d obviously do something else if I was to use it all the time but yeah, harbor freight and Walmart have some gems, no denying it
@jnhudspeathАй бұрын
Ttc just did a video and the results were beyond impressive especially considering the price but to beat a dewalt is something special for something that doesn’t even eat an entire 100 bill and comes with a charger and a 4 amo hour battery is not believable but it happened

the hyper tough stuff packed like icon really caught my attention none of it really interested me but it's crazy how much packaging can change your perception of the product

Hart is basically matching Quinn with the impact sets. $25-30 right now for sae and metric with the warranty.

I recently saw another video where they said that Walmart was going to go all in on the Hyper Tough line while doing very little with Hart. That looks to be the case. My wife started me out with a Hart combo kit about 2 years ago. The tools are good, my only complaint is the price. I have since went all in on Bauer at HF with no regrets. I still use my Hart tools, and I did add on to them shortly after getting into their line but anything new I get is Bauer. You can’t beat the prices. You can get 2 to 3 tools from Bauer for the price of 1 Hart.

Yeah I run bauer for small vacuum work light cordless vac and mini blower. But Dewalt Drills are the best and milwaukee impacts are the best. I also have hercules 12v line and it's really nice.

I'm not into ridgid however they've got the deals. I would love to buy an individual Milwaukee or Dewalt tool if they came with a battery and charger for their advertised price...

I don’t use power tools for a living. I’m just a diy guy, I needed a blower ended up getting a six tool combo with Bauer. ( with the big brands I would only get one tool with the price of 6 tools on HF Bauer.) I saw hyper tough “hyper stack” I bought the rolling tool box! Now hoping to wait for Black Friday and grab the hyper tough 12volts stuff and start a tool collection. And when the “hyper stack line” does a full launch I will build my storage/garage with it.

A Walmart that still has items on shelves in the open? My local Walmart has just about everything locked up behind glass. Electronics, hand & power tools, their very pathetic knife selection & sporting goods, all locked up behind glass. Almost impossible to find an 'associate' with a key to help you.
@leonardtrump9155Ай бұрын
I was gonna say the same thing. One thing to do is just yell free pizza yeah a lot of the sections like sporting good now is a button to call for customer assistance, but I’ll usually go to the automotive desk and just say I need help half the time the employee works automotive and sporting-goods the other half they just call for someone that takes them a half hour, the same thing about everything the advertisement reality shows that’s not the store around my area
@walkermorales337Ай бұрын
Probably depends on the crime rate in the area. Here most things are out in the open except for some of the guns, the knives, and video games.
