That's not even the worst bit, Wal-Mart installed radioactive tracking on my Switch Game cards purchased in-store and someone kept stealing them as a result. At this point I am certain they have stopped doing it for at least 2 years. LOL I hope Doug Bowser doesn't have Ninja connections, the companies the Ninja clans are affiliated with, hate Nintendo.

@@chiquita683 Nintendo loves Gamers, it's people who cheat on games against players who do not. Or cheaters/hackers that risk damaging the online code to games like Splatoon. (Thank you for removing the Ninja Squid ability from the game completely, that was really fun, having gear that may be unusable in Splatoon 2 with no feature to change primary abilities like in Splatoon 3, It was a blast when the stealth features of the game were removed entirely for all players not just players with the Ninja Squid ability) Nintendo treats cheaters bad. Nintendo doesn't care so much if you cheat on your Gamecube as long as you're not using codes on games that use cyberspace code like Squaresoft, Enix, and Ubisoft; or backwards compatibility like Pokémon, since Pokémon connects to cartridge based games. As long as you are using a 3rd party memory card instead of a 1st party one and don't connect your 1st party memory cards to the cheat memory card Nintendo isn't concerned it will hurt their brand. Anything Wii and above is a bit more complicated due to online features, backwards compatibility from any console that uses Mii software. Anything cartridge based can risk permanently deleting neccessary game data from the game card. But If you do modify your older consoles, Nintendo hates it when you sell them back to Gamestop or donate them to Goodwill due to multiple ways it can harm the business or the customer to receive a hacked console. Personally, I feel Playstation 1, 2, as well as Xbox's original console, are okay to use cheat codes on. As long as you don't sell the memory cards with cheats stored in them, and inform anyone who borrows or is gifted the memory cards I think it's fine. Due to controversy and difficult communication skills I refrain from stating my opinion on Playstation 3 cheat codes since that would take an hour long video. Sega Genesis, I really don't care about most carts since most Sega Games are programmed to be unwinnable anyways. *Ahhhh! Real Monsters* is the worst offender.

Walmart's online store is literally as bad as Amazon. Bought a keyboard case for my iPad Mini 5 from Walmart, and it was the worst half-baked cheaply made Chinese knockoff keyboard case I've ever seen. The keyboard case was made of cheap plastic and felt extremely brittle, the keyboard worked very poorly, and the Bluetooth configuration literally still had the factory placeholder name that was set when the Bluetooth chip was originally manufactured. After digging a little deeper, I found that there were no legitimate brands of iPad Mini 5 keyboard cases on Walmart's website.

My local Walmart sold me fake joy cons right out of their electronics department. Either an employee is tampering with them or someone returned them and Walmart put them back on the shelf. I tried to get my money back and they made me exchange them and the second pair were broken and heavily used right out the box. I reported them to NOA after that.

Nintendo has taken down Mario 64 rom-hacks before, but they're not gaining anything by doing that nor are they losing anything by allowing the rom-hacks to be brought out because it is a fan-made game. If the creator of the hack isn't making any money, they are not breaking any laws.

That's thing I hate about Walmart, most of the games on the site are sold through 3rd parties and sometimes you aren't sure what you will get. Sometimes you will get a European version instead of North America. Or apparently, it could be a hack, like what you see here. Also, customer service for 3rd party orders is effectively non-existent.

This isn't the first time Nintendo and Walmart got into this sort of ugliness. Walmart managers put the entire company in trouble when they were hoarding their stock of Wii consoles and selling them on Ebay. Nintendo was PISSED OFF and Walmart almost lost their rights to sell Nintendo products because Walmart execs made the call to sell their Wii stock on Ebay for an inflated profit that was well above retail. Seems Walmart can't seem to stay out of trouble with Nintendo...
