It reduces the power draw to the CPU and GPU while playing it unplugged inside the nvidia GeForce experience app you can set it to optimize for battery but it will lock it at 30 FPS

With Intel iris you’re going to struggle you could try low at 720p or 900p

You could play Minecraft but with a very low draw distance and no fancy skies that computer is gonna struggle a lot with gaming the intel celeron Processor isn’t made for gaming
