Here in Washington state we have to bring our cloth grocery bags even for grocery pickup. It seemed strange to see Calvin bringing in groceries in plastic bags. It was kind of like a time warp. The large trash bags you bought are my very favorite of all. For som reason they don’t have them at my Walmart. I have even attempted to order them to be shipped to me but a notice appears & says cannot ship to your zip code. I like them so much I had 1 of my sons that lives in another city 300 miles away get me 4 packages at his Walmart back in June.

Thank you, Marie. I saw a couple items I didn't know were available. The egg rolls, the sliced ham and the chicken sticks. I oder from Walmart also but I have mine delivered. Worth every penny. I don't have to search all over the store for an item, push a basket, load and unload my car or wait in the check out line. Besides it gives someone a job. We're all trying to make it. Catching up with your video. I did my grocery pick up last week. Lots of snacks as I'm cooking two large holiday meals...Christmas Day (turkey & the trimmings) and New Year's Day ( ham & trimmings). My family love the tradition and with my daughter's help we doing it again. I love the holidays and they do take our minds to a better place. God is good and we thank him everyday for the blessings in our lives. We left all the setbacks in the past year at his feet, as he know how to deal with it. ❤I have my groceries delivered from WalMart because I can’t go to a store. I ordered the heads of lettuce so much sometime back and they were always mostly wilted. I finally stopped using lettuce in my salads! 😂 I love cottage cheese and I use Great Value 1% brand. I like it in my salads so it is my primary ingredient in my salads. I love it. I like to see grocery hauls because sometimes it reminds me of something I haven’t had in a long time. Etc, the tacquitos. I used to have them with sour cream and/or salsa. Nice to see you all again, I like to reuse the walmart shopping bags for when I scoop out the liter box. I use to do the WalMart pick up on my groceries, but the last couple of times I had to sit there for over an hour to get my items (I live over 1/2 hour away) and too many times they told me they were out of something and I could walk in store and find it just fine. So Now I do my grocery shopping early in the morning (I like to get in get what I need and be home before everyone else gets outa bed) Merry Christmas from My house here in Mid Missouri to yours. Hi Calvin and Marie lovely seeing you both. The grocery stores have banned plastic bags i Australia, we have to bring our own bags or they charge you 2.00 an order for paper bags. I agree it's so much easier and less stressful doing a pick up. I also prep to save time. Great haul! I stocked up on corn and green beans when they had them $.50/can. I didn't need a lot (am donating some), but couldn't pass up that price. I just wish they would include the green peas in that sale! Calvin, the bread looks great! That is something I haven't mastered. I need to learn how to make a decent biscuit. I noticed on the video you get a lot of similar items to what we buy. I don’t get our meat from a grocery store. I get locally grown meat, not much more than store bought and it helps out the farmers. I believe it’s actually better for us too. We also get some of our meat in trade for wood and such. I just ran to Wal-Mart's yesterday to pick up a battery for are Kaboa and cheese, battery was $46. And chess about $25. and as I walked to check out another $60 dollars worth of stuff jumped into my cart. My husband drinks that power zero and he really likes it. My parent used to shop at piggly wigglys and really like it. They would get items for them if they didn't carry it, they were so nice. Unfortunately they went out of business,. Then a Harvest grocery store went in. They were ok not as good as piggly wiggly. My dad refused to get his grocery for walmart. He was all about supporting small business. I’m so envious that you guys have plastic bags. Walmart on the west coast doesn’t have any at all. If you want one you have to pay 75 cents for one. Most stores it’s 8 cents. I’m in Washington state. Love your videos

I had to stop the video and add a couple of things you had to my shopping list. Never thought about buying the egg rolls and sauce but I love egg rolls. Love your shopping videos. I have my groceries delivered so I miss the experience of actually shopping. It got to be to much for this old body but the delivery service has been great. Merry Christmas. 😊🌲

We buy very similar items. Must be our age. 😉. Regarding the toquitoes- we also buy the Tostitos Salsa Con Queso Medium - 15oz Dip. Put some in a small ramekin (each person gets one) and warm it. Great to dip the toquitoes in.
