Like seriously, you cook a fucking pizza at 400, think how hot that oven is imagine sticking your head in an oven when you cook a pizza and then add 55 degrees to that and ask yourself if your hair is strong enough to handle that temp on a contact surface without heat protection

You should try putting pure coconut oil in your hair it'll help your slit ends I use it in my hair 2 times a week it works great
