Hi Leslie! 😊 I never thought I would wear a pair of Birkenstocks either but after my daughter and husband raved about theirs, I ended up getting a pair and although they are not the cutest shoes in the world, they are pretty comfortable because of the support the foot bed offers. I wear mine usually with shorts or jeans. I am waiting for it to warm up around here 🤣 It has been cold out! I guess my blood has thinned

Thanks for the sneak peak into Walmart’s new spring fashions. I’ve seen those quilted jackets in my store, but I doubt if I’ll run into anyone wearing one ever. They have those pastel plaid shirts, but I’m not quite ready to start planning my spring clothes. I can’t wear Time and Tru or No Boundaries shoes unless they come in a wide width - that’s the price you pay for having bunions- but you never know, I’ll keep a lookout.

LOVE the black dress!! Definitely going to look for that! I think I'm going to pair it with nude or twine wedges. It seems like the black shoe draws the eye down to your foot. I use an eyelash primer first, then Loreal Telescopic mascara and then a layer of Thrive mascara on top of that. I talk about and show each one in the "look younger after 50" video I did a couple of months back 😊👍🏻 There are also links in that description box so you know which exact ones to get

How long did you try them out for? I know it took a couple weeks of me wearing mine for my foot pain to subside and it has stayed better ever since. But, I am not saying they are a miracle worker for everyone. I wish they would have worked for you!!

I felt that if they weren't comfortable at that point they wouldn't "break in" to be any better To be fair, as long as this plantar fascia situation persists there are very few shoes that are comfortable. I have to have ones that have a soft gel insert or construction of some kind to be able to wear. So glad you found them comfortable for you.
