Beautiful work Sean. That Walnut really brought that mirror to life more than that metal frame did.

It's nice to see your design, I'm in the middle of reframing the mirror from my bathroom as well. I love working with Walnut, though I think I'll go with something cheaper as my wife wants ours painted.

thanks, yeah if you are going to paint it you may want something less expensive. Poplar is a great wood for painting. Cheers!

Beautiful work Sean :) I loved the idea of carving to sign the work ॐ

Thank you! I like to carve my initials more than burning or writing them. It seems more authentic.

Sweet job I’ve got to get the Seneca plate just seems it makes life a little better lol. I have to say I do love my Festool domino.

Thanks, Thom! The Seneca kit makes the XL a lot easier to use on small parts. Now if I can figure out how to make it plunge to 10mm I'll be golden.

Looks really good Sean! Im gonna try applying finish with 2500 grit paper. Think itll work??I don't have 5k "/ gotta get some 5k
@SeanRubino7 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Joe! As long as the 2500 grit is padded it will work. Being a bit more coarse than 5000 it might leave more of a matte finish but it will still be smooth as butter.
