I love how he had the personality to downplay things, "the family fortune was wrapped in Snow White.....but it's fine, it all worked out." Like dude, that was incredibly high emotion for you and your whole family!! He is such an inspiration, humble and creative. We need more Walt Disney's out there.

I still completely love his voice. It proved how many films under his guidance turned out so successful and memorable under his reign and supervision. He was such a visionary and he let his audience know it by his weekly programmes. Still one of history's greatest film-maker and story-teller. RIP and thank you. Walt. x

From the beginning of animation (early 1910s) up until the 1970s, the basic tools of animation remained the same. Pencil, eraser, translucent paper, and cameras to take photographs that would then be transferred to plastic cels to be inked and then photographed again when layered together to make a scene. With their talk of Walt's Animation School, there's a reason why people today often think All Animation is Disney. It's partially true when most of the world's animators studied at his school.
