Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge Vlog - January 2023

Vlog about the 4 races over 4 days, doing the Dopey Challenge at the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend 2023.
Our experience of it all, the frustrating virtual queues,the awesome character meets mid race and the lovely medals!
We didn't use magic bands at all either, cards all the way!!

Thank you for sharing. I am so impressed with you getting all the characters. I’m doing dopey in 2025 for the first time and I’d like to stop for a few. I’m usually too afraid because I’m always in one of the later corrals and don’t want to risk it.

@Beth_runs_Disney Best of luck Beth! We tried again to get Dopey for 2025 but couldn't manage it. The character lines are long but it's very fast moving, quick photo and that's it, so don't be put off by the long lines, they move much much quicker than the ones in the parks for sure. You'll have a great race!

Cheers! Yeah, the proof of time we used was a sub 2 hour half marathon, think the time was maybe around 1:58
