Chris and I spent the early part of our day relaxing at Pop Century then we made it to the Orlando Outlet to do some shopping. I bought myself an early birthday present and Chris treated himself to the Nike store. Later in the day we went to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal, which was our first time.

I am sorry you've had negative interactions with staff. I have gone many times and found the only rude team members to be at the Hard Rock Hotel, but not in the parks.

Yeah, it was unfortunate that we had that type of experience. Sometimes, that how things go. But we definitely want to go back during the day and ride all the rides, but at least now we know what to expect.
