Yes the mini vans did bypass the parking booths. They have their own designated spot to pull up to at every park in the same areas as the busses

The Lynx bus 311 goes from MCO airport to Disney Springs for $2 in the paw pass app, then grab a Minnie van to your resort! Luggage is NOT allowed on Disney resort buses. They will turn you away.
