The large building in the background seen during the opening shots is the Carlton Cinema on Cross Lane, Salford. I worked here as a trainee projectionist in 1969. I always remember that across the road was a 'chippy' that sold the best fish and chips in Salford. Great memories! - Thanks for posting.

i lived in walter greenwood court in 95, shit and good times. met john massey at the job centre and made sure i walked through the area with him so i could be seen. it worked lol
