Walt is thinking of that flashback moment to try and desensitize himself from the mess they are cleaning as being a person it is just a body made up of compounds of Matter, it's all chemistry so he is trying to think of it as that. Plus he is probably thinking if his life at a simpler time as he cleans up all that mess Jesse made lol

Bryan Cranston (Walt) is a master actor. Not too many better. Loved him in Malcolm in the Middle, Trumbo, All the Way, etc.

Suppose many of the shows today are afraid of losing viewers' attention, so simple few minutes of just slow dialogues are rare. Always moving the camera, jumping from scene to scene/ angles.

A lot of the actors were in different episodes and different seasons of the X-Files the characters Walter White, Hank, Tuco, and Jesse all came from the X-Files some were actually chosen because of their performance on the X-Files like Walt and Jesse ( Bryan Cranston) ( Jesse Pinkman) were picked because of their performance on their episodes of the X-Files and the creator of breaking bad Vince Gilligan also worked on the X-Files with Chris Carter

I’m sure others have probably mentioned it, but yes Skylar and Marie are sisters. Hank is not Skyler’s brother, he is her brother-in-law because he’s married to Marie. I think a lot of people get confused when Walt says Hank is his brother-in-law and assume that means he’s Skylar’s brother at first.

Just wanna warn you first whatever you do do not continue on and watch. Better call Saul. It is so horrible. A cheap rip off of this show. A lot of people will tell you to watch it but ignore them. They don’t know what they’re talking about. It is really really bad. Laughable almost. Hard to believe they were made by the same people.

Delusional take. Both shows are on the same level, though Better Call Saul has better character development and improved cinematography.
