to me there's 3 things in a story; plot, characters and fight scenes. i am a characters kinda guy, i love this season because it gave us more backstory for the hashiras, like really, i love them all now lmao.

Gen Urobuchi (the writing) for me is a master at writing dark, twisted, messed up stuff without ever feeling... meaningless. Never feels like the show is just dark for the sake of being dark.

What I love about Fate Zero fights is just how strategical they feel. Ufotable is known for great animation in their fights but here I feel the animation isn't what makes them stand out, we see both fight having to plan and adapt throughout the entire fight. Figure out the other ability, fighting style and such. It is just so fun to watch these choreography

Usually exposition heavy first episode are annoying but this one does it in such a way, it is just so good Feels like we learn so much but also delivered in a way that we can process everything without feeling too overwhelmed

What I love so much about Kiritsugu and Fate Zero as a whole is that his tactics and strategies are brilliant, but the show displays it with enough subtlety and does not exaggerate it to high heaven to have other characters and the viewers fawning over it. Like for example, in other shows whenever someone does so much as move a chess piece, everyone else will start gasping and over-explaining things, and the one that move the chess piece will start grinning, smirking, or laughing manically, even when realistically, their moves was obvious. Love it when the shows respect the audience's intelligence and let the action speak for itself.

ah RIP he watched the Censored version, super lame that crunchy roll does this. the Dub is the Blu-Ray version so no cutscenes, i guess you'd have to buy the Sub version of the Blu-ray to watch it uncensored.

People might think writing something like Bocchi is simple... but honestly I find it more impressive then most other show We often think of well written anime as those dark, action, full of twist anime and everything (and don't get me wrong, many of those I love a well)... but those are all easy thing to get the viewer engaged in But making the mundane engaging... that honestly pretty hard. Making a day to day life, without narrative full of twist, massive action scene and antagonists that pull thing by the string... its hard man, and making it so funny on top of it, with actually well written characters?

The reason for Berserk to bee CGI is for animation eassines.. they have to put not only the black aura around him (being easy make with CGI) but also his erratic movements. If they were to use traditional animation it would cost so much more for the production.

Gotta agree with you on this one, a lot of people hate on demon slayer for its simple story but hate the fact of how popular it is due to its animation level, and no doubt there are some other good animated ones but as consistent as demon slayer? nahhh not even close, only the anime movies can compare to demon slayers seasons and 1 movie and soon to be 3-4 movies with the news ones for the next up coming arcs coming out within a couple years.

Diarmuid Ua Duibhne is a hero in the Fenian Cycle of Irish mythology, traditionally thought to be set in the 2nd to 4th centry. The reason he has the curse is because Gráinne and Fionn (leader of the Fianna) were engaged to be married (an arranged marriage), but she wasn't happy that he was so much older than her. As a last-ditch effort to get out of this engagement, she cursed Diarmuid with a geis (a spell that makes someone adhere to specific behavior) at the engagement party to make him run away with her.

This will probably not be revealed in the anime, so I'll tell it here. Both childrens and the wife begged him to play as bait and die with him. Their presence made Muzan feel at ease, after all who would kill his children? I love the absolute dedication of the family to kill the bastard. I also loved Muzan's lines and the VA was phenomenal.
