I'm considering buying the dual fusion. So I see your video is made in 2014 and I'm wondering if you still love it?

I get most of my sound from my amp and use mini pedals on my gigging pedalboard so I have the Dual Fusion as an option for gigging/demos where I've not got my amp and will be running into something else, can run that amp clean and get the tones I want from the Dual Fusion. It's a really versatile piece of kit.

Nice demo. I realize I'm late for this party, but was wondering how loud is the noise floor? I like the pedal, but have heard some videos where the noise seemed quite high. Thanks for the info. Just subbed.

+northof50now It's a really quiet pedal very very faint noise even at gig volume. May be some other noise going on in those demos. Many thanks for subbing, glad you found the video useful :)

Are you using ur bridge pup mostly? It's the pup I never use. Too trebly imo especially with this pedal.

can the modern channel of this pedal handle high gain stuffs? (not super high gain, but more of 80s-90s thrash, prog metal)

What is your settings on the DF while soloing at around one minute into video? Are you using any other effects for that great sound? Thanks for the fantastic playing.

Paul Radics If you pause the video about 1:00 then the image of the DF pedal in the bottom right has the current settings for whatever guitar part is on camera. There's a little delay and reverb added too.

My amp is the rather awesome Victory V30. On the pedalboard I have a AMT WH-1 mini-wah, TC Electronic Polytune 2, Xotic SP Compressor plus a Spark boost and Flashback, both from TC Electronic, in the FX loop. Various other mini pedals kicking about in the studio but that's the main live board at the moment :)

whats the mystery on the cable set up? 2 ins and two outs. where in first fifty videos is this even hinted at ? Is it stereo ins and outs? why two inputs . I have a lot of guitars and all of them have a single output cable. so how does this work? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

No added effects/pedals during the actual demo/playthrough. Just Guitar -> Dual Fusion -> Blackstar HT-5RH. You can hear my singlecoils hum during that part of the demo. ;)

Hey, good review. It's sounds really great. I'm about to buy one of theses but I need a last answer to decide. If i'm playing rythmic guitar with the vintage chanel and I need more volume and mid range to cut throught for solos, It is possible if I stack chanel 1 into chanel 2 (with the right settings, volume, switch into "throaty" etc) ? It will sound louder or the volume level will be the same? Thanks for the video !
