im no longer tkd but i like the way he performs kata. he understands how to make speed and power better than most. only positive feedback i can give is dont break up movments such as kicks or blocks. it is unnatural to make a movment two parts. it takes away from natural flow. but other than that great form:)

The weight distribution is wrong in the back stances when he executes the knife hand strikes. Foot position is off as well. The side kicks are green belt level at best. The timing is terrible . Other than that, is pretty good....for a GREEN belt.
