Some points ; - The car crash happened at the same time the Hex was fading. It happend simultaneously with the scene were Wanda and Vision were saying good bye to Billy and Tommy. Just before Teen died we could hear a dialogue between the twins. When his heart stepped and the Hex vanished, Billy's soul jump into Teen's body. The first thing hw said when he woke up was his brother's name: Tommy - William Kaplan DIED at the car crash and Billy Maximoff's soul took his body. The car crash was mentioned by Agatha during episode 1 when she was under Wanda's Spell. - Lilia put the Sigil on Billy/William, that's why Wanda wasn't able to find him during the end of WandaVision and the beginning of Multiverse of Madness. Since the Sigil hide him from ALL witches. - Billy's boyfriend said he's his Black Heart 🖤. Wich confirms he's part of the Coven. Since Lilia couldn't know of his name because of the Sigil, she deaw the Black Heart. - You could see by the posters on him bedroom that Billy Kaplan was a big fan of magic. That was the theme for his Bat Mitzvah party. That's why there was a Palm Reading tent.

Just after hex got faded billy's soul jumped in william's body because he was nearly dead not completly dead he could have been saved if billy wouldn't have jumped in his body. and just before the accident lilia put sigil on william and because of that wanda couldn't find billy in 616 earth , don't know about tommy though. tommy is appearing in episode 8 i heard

Now Goddess Kali and Wanda have some similarities, Kali is often associated with creation and destruction just like Wanda who can create and also destroy the cosmos. When Kali is angry she goes on a total rampage and destroys everything in front of her just like Wanda did in Multiverse of Madness. Also in the eastern regions of India she is associated with black magic.
