My theory is that she was the scarlet witch from the start but the mind stone enhanced her abilities making her more powerful. I mean she literally created a false reality out of her grief and she is only growing stronger. This episode definitely confirms it and Agatha herself said it that she’s supposed to be a myth, a being capable of spontaneous creation.

her accent never faded, she hides it. in the movies, she masks it to fit in and to blend in. In the series, she never had her accent whilst 'in the perfect town' or whatever you'd call it because she wanted to have that American life etc, when she left the hex to argue with Hayward her accent was back completely, same throughout ep8 and 9
