Its kind of admitted in ep 3 when Monica comes back to SWORD Hayward says that their Mission has changed from what it was before to now include Ai, Cybernetics and Nanotech in other words ALL the things they are Stealing from VISIONS Body..so much for "honoring his Wishes Not to be used as a Weapon" the guy is a Snake. Wanda comes back to find SWORD has Stolen his body and is weaponizing it Of Course she got mad and Took it back from them!

DON'T FORGET: In the comics, Wanda and Pietro (Scarlett Witch and Quicksilver) are the twin children of MAGNETO. In other words, they are mutants. They would be the first mutants in the MCU.

@@brianm3160 The comic Wanda's life force power in the comics is too... it just cannot be integrated in the MCU. She technically has no limits there. Literally a god-like being, she can kill, she can brought back life. MCU did a right thing of giving limits to her power, she can't bring back the dead beings that can decay. That's a good limitation since in the MCU her powers are not from Chthon. On this rate, the MCU can just poke a hole to the multiverse as Wanda's reality seems slowly ripping it apart. Who knows maybe the kids in the 90s are brought from another universe as well. We don't know. MCU did a great thing in putting limits to her, since the source of power of comic and MCU Wanda had difference.

In the MCU reality, Pietro is dead. He is still alive in the X-Men franchise/reality. In the episode Wanda tells her kids they can't bring back the dead. This seems to be a step into the Multiverse.

His X-Men movies were set in the 80s and 90s. So that makes no sense. If Pietro is still alive in the current X-Men timeline of post Dark Phoenix, he would be over 50 years old.

@@richierich7229 Wanda's reality is in the 80s. Xmen Apocalypse is in the 80s as well. Wanda's reality and the MCU timeline works different. She is WARPING REALITY. The hex is not subject to the same rules that the outside world has. Look back again to Monica's logic on the drone. They sent an 80s drone that requires NO change, so it cannot be warp by the rules of the hex. It makes perfect sense that the 80s version of Quicksilver can cross this 80s reality. It called MULTIVERSE. And the hex might become an accidental gateway to the multiverse. Note also that Kevin Feige confirms that this series will directly tie in to Doctor Strange in the MULTIVERSE of Madness. Everything makes sense.

There actually is a dog in comics named Sparky. Sparky was a Synthezoid like Vision and he was his family's dog. In that specific comic run, Vision had an entire family of Synthezoids, a wife, son, and daughter, and a dog named Sparky. Until his daughter smashed Sparky against a wall in rage.

This requires the assumption that the MCU would acknowedge the existence of another universe of X films in the first place. It was Jack Shaeffer's idea to cast Evan Peters in this, not Kevin Feige's. That tells me his appearance in this show has nothing to do with what he has planned.

@@P.E.NumberOne No. MCU has UNIVERSE in the end. Technically its timeline is still its own universe. If Evan is transferred to this universe through that manifestation, it doesn't mean all the Xmen Fox characters are with him. They aren't a package deal. Also, you might have missed something from what Jac said. They already wanted to put "Quicksilver" in the series even from the start and when they pitch it to Evan he's always always always go with it. Kevin Feige said the appearance should make sense. Jac also said they thought a lot about Evan's MCU debut as QS. If he appeared this early in the series, he is a key character here.

I just wanted to post my thoughts on a scene from episode 5 of WandaVision. This is regarding the video footage of Wanda breaking into SWORD to get the body... From Wanda's PoV... She kills vision / explosion.. then see's Thanos reverse it... then kill vision (again)... Then she snaps away while over his corpse.. this woman has serious trauma. For 5 years visions body has likely been held by Tony in storage, right? She blips back (5 years later) and is immediately pulled by Strange & Wong to go fight Thanos. Tony dies and they attend the funeral. Likely the government (SWORD) takes Visions body after Tony is dead as they try to get Stark Industry secrets (paying off Tony fighting with the government in Ironman 2 and Gary Shandling's character). So - Then Wanda finds out that Vision is being examined, dissected by SWORD. His corpse is being desecrated. Remember, Vision isn't an android. He's a synthazoid. A fully self aware, living creature. Wanda doesn't see Vision as simply a piece of technology. He's a person. If you found out your spouse's body had been taken by the government and was being dissected / desecrated... how pissed off would you be? If you had her powers, wouldn't you probably go in there and get it? SWORD Director "Di..." called her a terrorist. He's the freaking monster here. I know I would do anything I could to make them stop cutting up my loved one! I can only imagine how she would feel and suddenly we now know WHY she was so upset at "Geraldeen" wearing a SWORD emblem in episode 3. She doesn't simply "not trust SWORD". She is actively angry as heck at them for what they have done. I'm surprised she is holding back as well as she has been from actually killing them because if I were her, at this point, I probably would want to kill them very much. That's not evil... that's pissed!

funerals can't be held on the fly. at a minimum, days passed between tony's death and that funeral scene. this part of the timeline is not at all clear to me. if she hadn't attended the funeral, i'd say she was breaking into sword instead, but she waited. there has to have been another event, something that triggered all this that we're not aware of yet.

@@sirmoonslosthismind Three weeks between Blip and Monica returning to SWORD (21 days approx). One day to get to Jersey, two days in the Hex (24 days). Minus 9 days for Wanda to grab Vision's body (15 days). Two weeks is enough time for the funeral to take place, but I'd guess almost immediately after the funeral someone told Wanda what SWORD was doing to Vision. I'm personally surprised that Wakanda let his body go considering it was made of stolen vibranium.

Wanda can’t bring people back from the dead but she found someone who can, the Grimreaper. His helmet can be seen under the floorboards in the original cartoon intro. Monica has resentment that Captain Marvel didn’t save her mom, she wasn’t there for her and they were close so that hurts. Sparky is Visions Android dog that he creates when he creates an entire family for himself in the comics. All of the commercials represent the colors of the Infinity Stones, Wanda is visualizing her experiences in the commercials and at the same time showing representations of the stones, someone wants her kids and the stones I think.

Great reaction! That is the same actor who portrayed Quicksilver (aka "Peter Maximoff") from the X-Men films. I took that last scene as Wanda (or someone else) bringing "Quicksilver" from an alternate universe (the Fox/X-Men universe) because her brother isn't alive in her universe. This is the first person from an X-Men character in the MCU. I wonder if this is how they will explain the introduction of the X-Men into the MCU! *EDIT - Ah...I just noticed that you entertained the same conclusion toward the end of your reaction (in the post-episode analysis).

In the comics "Sparky" is the name of Vision's dog when he tried to make a robot family for himself. This series is partially based on that run.

About Sparky: yes, he's from the comics, but his story in the comics is very dark. This show is a combination of three stories: House of M, The Vision, and then obviously the previous MCU properties. In The Vision, Sparky was originally a neighbor's dog named Zeke who accidentally dug up the Grim Reaper's corpse (the Marvel comics supervillain). He bit into the Grim Reaper's scythe and was electrocuted to death. Vision decides that having a pet would help his family bond, so he creates a synthezoid dog body, removes Zeke's brain, and uploads his mind into the body. This synthezoid dog is Sparky. Later, Virginia (the synthezoid version of Wanda -- modeled on Wanda's brain patterns, but not exactly her) gets angry and, well, beats Sparky to death. So I'm glad they didn't use the full Sparky storyline in the show.

Like EVERY situation in the universe can go one of two or several, or a billion different ways, she can control which way reality goes. She is so much more powerful than capt marvel. Laso sword were weaponizing his body. A military like entity would not just have his parts scattered all around if not.

The way Wanda resurrected Pietro in the House of M comics, she performed the spell to resurrect with Pietro's body in front of her. In the case of WandaVision is she can't bring him back unlike The Vision's case because she doesn't have the body. She probably accidentally opened up a portal (or Agnes) to make way for the multiverse where alternate universe either it is from the past, present, or future can affect some parts of the universe as well.

You can just see the emotions in his father. Like he really can relate to tye family dynamics. Like he's gon through what the characters have been through on screen.

SO WATCHING THIS REACTION AFTER SEEING THE FINALE ONLY FRUSTRATES ME THAT THEY LEANED SOOOO HEAVILY INTO THE MEPHISTO REFERENCES! It would have been great had the season ended and in the post credit scene we saw Agnes going back home seeming to be under Wanda’s spell and Ralph shape shifted into Mephisto and said something nefarious about not worrying we will get our hands on her again. Or something like that.

She is mostly in control but someone else is behind it as well Agnes is a witch and not under the hex, so she's actually acting. She wants Wanda's children to age for some reason. I think we are going to get a combo of Mephisto making deals and the initial formation of the original Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, Wanda, Quicksilver, Rogue (taking Capt Marvels Powers), Magneto (shows up in the WandaVision Show) etc etc

Agnes could still be trying to help here, especially if she's MCU's version of Agatha. Agatha helped Wanda have children with Vision, but it all went wrong and resulted in Wanda losing her mind, attacking the Avengers and rewriting reality. It might be similar here: Agnes tried to help, it got out of control, and she's trapped in there too. She seems wary about Wanda, like she fears an explosive reaction, but she still acts like she might be trying to get her to "wake up". Who knows!

I have been waiting for this one, your reactions and thoughts are amazing, they absolutely make my day.. you guys may have forgot Kevin Feige said WandaVision leads directly into Doctor Strange 2 which is literally titled "In the Multiverse of madness" so basically this Pietro here from the X-Men could possibly come from the "Multiverse of madness" whoever is in control along with Wanda may have somehow figured out a way to transfer people from another universe to another and maybe he (if its Mephisto) could also turn out to be someone from a different universe and uses his access to bring others in and somehow in Doctor Strange 2 maybe they'll be trying to fix that with Wanda already being confirmed to be in Doctor Strange 2.. idk my thoughts lol

Their aging up is influenced by Agnes. If you notice, they age up or try to age up when she is around. The first time they aged up she was spraying lavender over them and doing some sort of rocking (possibly a spell). The second time they aged up was when they were told they couldn’t keep Sparky. It wouldn’t surprise me that Agnes was the one who made the boys find Sparky in the first place and saw it as an opportunity to get them to age up. Why else would she just show up with a dog house. The third time (where they attempted to age up) was when the dog just so happened to die in Agnes’ yard. This was done intentionally to traumatize the boys in order for them to age up once again. In fact, the dog even tries to kill itself from the start by licking the socket in the kitchen (how it got its name ‘Sparky’), which would have made the boys age up (or try to age up) sooner rather than later in the episode.

Her powers allow her to travel through time and alter and manipulate space in reality. She merged the 20th Century Fox Marvel Quicksilver character whose father is Magneto with the MCU and their Universe within the show loved one division. She is not fully in control of her powers and all of this is as a result of her grief and Trauma as a result of losing her brother and vision and everyone else from Infinity war and endgame.

This is the start of the multiverse! That was Quicksilver from the X-men from Fox. Marvel had their own quicksilver but he died that was Wandas brother. This is the first ever X-men crossover to marvel

I think that someone told Wanda that S.W.O.R.D. is experimenting on Vision, and that is why she went after Vision and in her grief and anger created this reality. Which is what I suspect they, the one that told Wanda, wanted to happen.

They keep saying that someone's controlling the kids..umm you guys do know these kids have powers!?when they were in Wanda's belly they were doing a lot! Things you saw while she was pregnant, she wasn't doing. They're the first kids born with powers in the mcu!? So technically they're the 1st mutants.they aged themselves up not Agnes. She even said offhand,no matter how hard you try,kids you can't control them! And that spray was lavender. They used that in medieval times on children to ward off evil spirits and demons.also in Dr strange and endgame they said misuse of the stones could cause universes could collapse on itself and cause havoc. Wanda warps reality so 80's quicksilver showing up in an 80's reality isn't that crazy

I think it's a split personality deal. The darker, more aggressive, Scarlet Witch persona stole Vision's corpse and revived him and created the Westview anomaly. The Wanda persona only knows that Westview is for her and Vision and thinks she can't leave. However when acting Director Heyward "took a shot" at her, Scarlet Witch took over and dragged the missile out of her "home". Then when she strengthened the hex field it weakened the boundaries between universes so her brother from another mother could crossover. IOW, the Multiverse lie in Far From Home was came true in this situation. Or some telepathic entity is creating illusions and manipulating her and everyone else.
