Halloween is not an American invention. The current way we celebrate it is very American, but celebrations for that time of year have existed for centuries. For the Marvel timeline, Wanda and Pietro were born in 1989, so it's very possible they'd be familiar with the American "trick or treat" traditions. However, this is a memory from a different Pietro which she most likely does not share.

All Saints Day took a lot of elements from Samhain but of course added many Christian elements to it. European nations of course have their own unique celebrating the holiday I myself growing up in Ireland never used the phase trick or treat but yeah lol we are looking far too deep into it there was far too much inaccurate stuff in that flashback.

Wandas magic is red, so I don’t think the original barrier was hers. I think Wanda was being controlled/sleepwalked up until the dinner in ep1. She looks like she comes out of a trance when she tells Vision to save Mr Heart. And she had definite confusion about everything in ep2. I think having the babies and talking about Pietro in ep3 fully brought her out. Because she didn’t look like she recognised the Sword symbol on the helicopter but she definitely knew what it was on Monica’s necklace.

Modern day Halloween is same with St Patrick Day they were popularised in America and adapted around American culture greatly changing the elements of the holiday. It’s the same with Halloween around the world each culture has their form of celebrating the holiday even the Christians created All Saints Day to make it more focused on god rather than the pagan religion.

I am pretty sure Halloween and St Patricks day originate and were popularised in the UK and Ireland. All America did was make these already existed days more commercial and part of their culture. Next thing you will be saying the US popularised Valentines and Christmas, just because they made more commercial lol. Halloween is a pagan holiday and I am 100% sure pagans did not originate from the USA lol.

@@Delboy0 I’m Irish my friend modern Halloween is Americanised think of it as music Halloween is a genre but there’s also sub genres these would be the different cultural aspects from Halloween across the world. St Patrick Day was created by Irish immigrants to help keep their Irish culture keep the community alive across the sea from Ireland but over time it got Americanised and mixed with the American culture which is why St Patrick Day is very different in both America and Ireland in Ireland its much more religious drinking alcohol was even banned on St Patrick’s up until the 1970s. Modern St Patrick’s day shares a lot more with the American Patrick’s day.

These holidays have elements from a lot of cultures as you know Halloween is very different to what it was in the past same with St Patrick’s day it’s completely normal for these celebrations to take elements from other cultures who celebrate it which is why I said St Patrick’s Day and Halloween we’re American holidays the version of Halloween we celebrate today is the Americanised Halloween I didn’t say they created Halloween but just it’s a version.

Agatha survived the Salem Witch Trials so she's way more experienced than Wanda & definitely weakened her during this. I bet Vision can't be controlled so that's why Agatha was slowing him down.
