Oh nice - thanks for playing my game! That was a great run and I loved the feedback :) Regarding the combos I very much wanted it to be dynamic where you have to do the actual sequences, because I know of other games that has the spell-combine-in-inventory way of doing it and I wanted to explore a different take on the spell-combo idea. When designing it I was thinking about the fighting games like Tekken where you can do combos if you do the right sequences and then combining it with classic RPG way of spellcasting. However, I appreciate that it might not be the right way for everyone, I think this way of doing it was something mostly missing on today's market - with a few exceptions. Regarding controls - man have I been doing and redoing them many times to get the right feel, but I understand that it might still not be perfect. It is possibly also just difficult to have a perfect system with this many different things you need to do at the same time - however your idea of rebinding two of the spells to the mouse keys is great. I will try that out and see if it makes sense to push out in an update soon. Other than that, thanks for your feedback - I will definitely use some of your points to make it better :) Cheers.

Is it very difficult to implement a configuration for keybindings? There are many different players with lots of varying preferences regarding keybinds: lefthanders, righthanders, arrowkey users, wasd players, tfgh persons, people with 20 mouse buttons... Would it not be accommodating to let everybody choose his/her/their etc.. own layout? Tbh, not being able to choose my own keybindings is something that makes me think twice about purchasing a game.

@@wolfisince1978 That's absolutely fair and makes sense - keybindings are important. It has been on my backlog of things to implement for a few months, but it has been postponed all the time due to other tasks that I saw as having higher priority. But it is definitely on my to-do list for an update after release now. Thanks for your question :)

@@wolfisince1978 Hi again, I've just updated the game with keybindings. It has yet to be updated in the demo, but I just wanted to let you know :)

ooooh i love wizard games! i hope this scratches that itch for one a bit, dunno what it is but most wizard games lack the "it" that they need to scratch the itch for me

Curious, which ones have you tried? The one that finally did it for me was Wizard of Legend. It's got the "it" for me

stat sticks have thier place/use, but you have to be careful with them and they can't be all gear is doing or they often do feel boring like you noted.

I feel like "spell-crafting" may be a bit of a mischaracterization. the spells and combos are pre-crafted with no real input on how they work.

I really wish you would at least hover over the classes so we can see what is available for this game. You rarely do that and it's annoying.
