When you reach Mastery 10 you can choose between two endless modes, one that makes the night last forever, and one where you continue as before in the talent tree

Parry chance caps at 50% (as per the tooltip). There is an ability that lets you temporarily jack it up to 100%, which you have seen, and with enough rage it can last most of a night. Losing 25% HP at the start of each night is the Mastery 4 penalty. Later on you'll get another penalty that makes you lose 50% instead. You do not get XP if an enemy hits you, but there is a talent that will give you a chance to do so. Every time you are hit you lose one combo level: Skilled, Gifted, Brilliant, Masterful, Talented and Truly Talented. And yes, you can get so large that your sword is extending off the end of the screen *horizontally*. As Mastery increases you'll get more and more enemies and so more and more XP. You're finishing Mastery 4 at just over level 100; at Mastery 15 you'll be closing in on level 300. (My record is level 910 in an Endless run, but I stopped trying to level about six nights before I actually died. I could have made 1000, I think.)

About memes: I think it's partly because the sources where they become viral aren't the same we used to frequent and partly because there's so much more information thrown at us compared to 10+ years ago. We're not the only meme-enthused generation either. Although it's kinda fun to once in a while pull out one of those older memes and see who's never seen it vs those who show their age, lol (did you know last January Badger Badger celebrated 20 years of existence?)

That attack speed box being stuck is an odd graphical bug that happens if you hit c to close the stat panel while looking at something in the stat panel. You can get rid of it by just mousing over the thing again in the stat panel.

The way some aspects of the music fade into barely audible background during talent selection reminds me of another game with good music which did something almost identical… But I can’t remember which game it was! 😂 Edit: Maybe Rogue Tower in between waves? Now I have to pull that out again and find out.

I once got guardian unleashed to have a duration longer than its cooldown and even though that means I had 100% parry literally forever I still died. So that sucks.
