Much of living the lifestyle of living out of a van, Jeep, car, small trailer, or box van is very similar in that routine is an important part. It provides structure for one's life and helps keep one mentally stable. Embrase doing all the small chores like laundry, making camp, getting water. It's not as romantic as the traveling and hiking but it's just real living and it puts one directly in touch with everything on a basic level to survive, which is gratifying. Good video Jeepsy.

No one can convince me other, that dogs take in everything around them. We visit a place for the first time, and upon our return, no matter how far apart ( it can be years), Sonja knows exactly where we're heading. In the debate upon who is the smartest at either end of the leash... It is her.💖

Man, that looks so inviting to sit out there with a steaming cup of coffee and just be. But my van is still frozen shut. Going to take the Jackery and a heat gun and try to thaw the door today. Winter sucks sometimes. Seeing that sunset gives me motivation, Thanks for filming and showing that.

SERENITY! Hello Miss Sarah, Lil' One is looking cute as always. Last Saturday I went out in the storm here in Iowa with my snowshoes and rucksack. As I set the tarps in the woods north of this house I'm working on, I gave gratitude for my Big Agnes sleeping bag system. Through the night of howling winds and blowing snow I snuggled into my woobie and wished I wasn't alone. Now no woman in their right mind would have joined me to sleep outside in that snow storm, but our ancestors dealt with far worse. I thought at the beginning of your video you were going to rob me of hearing your voice, so I enjoyed the Serenity. As I came out Sunday morning the wind still blew and snow was drifted around my tarps forming a cave of sorts. I lit my jetboil and boiled water for my oatmeal and hot chocolate and had a slow grateful morning. Now back in my camper, kind of chilly but loving the life I have when I cannot be riding. I refuse to suffer from cabin fever, that's what living in your jeep is, a refusal to suffer. With Love and Respect, You and Lil' One are in my prayers Hoka Hey

I'm trying to get an older Dodge Ram Pro master van. But to do so I'm trying to find out all the stuff pertaining to registering it as a class B RV. That's the only way I can afford to finance it and register it. Time will tell. But glad I can watch how it's come together for your life.❤❤

Some people just don't understand how happy people can be in nature. For me its any spot near a lake or stream. I don't have to go in it, but its so relaxing just to sit and watch. From 2020 to 2023 van life grew from 1.3 million to 3.4 million vanlifers. Not every one lives in a van according to the new data, they live in car's, pickup trucks, jeeps and so on. I was all set to get a Ford Transit, build it out- yadda yadda then came upon you and another who braves the Northern weather in hers. You all sold me on the self containment and flexibility of a Jeep. Getting out - haven’t totally built mine out yet but I love the coziness. Plus since I’m month on/off it can serve as my daily driver. Couldn’t do that with a Transit! But the staying certain places seems problematic when they require an indoor kitchen/toilet.

It is a bright beautiful day full of possibilities people! Each day I started saying that a couple years ago. I found my self sick with a invasive fungal infection that caused cyst, tumors throughout my body. Causing pressure to my brain. My ex was is a narcissist and told everyone I was just crazy. Well that crazy woman learned who I was and what I was made of. I packed my two dogs and my SUV and we went and healed and lived. I miss traveling around and will so do this again as soon. This time by choice. But I would never take back a second of everything I leaned out exploring

From the videos I've watched on van life, most do not have a flushing toilet. They either use a bucket or a portable toilet. I don't understand why KOA would have a problem with you sleeping in your Jeep. I live out of the back of my pickup truck when I camp, it's so convenient and easy. What do you use for a heater?

The majority of KOAs have tent sites, and pitching a tent isn't required. I've slept in my car in lots of them; I occasionally pitch a tent. Only one time (in West Virginia, I believe it was) was I told that car sleeping is not permitted, by law, in a tent site. It was in the morning after I had slept in my car that I was informed of this, even though I had told the check-in clerk that I planned to sleep in my car. I was greeted by an employee in the morning complimenting my "nice tent". That's when I found out. It wasn't a big deal, though.

Hi well don't know if you do this but planet fitness for $10 or better yet $25 month exercise and nice clean showers and massage chairs etc and you can go every day .
