Yes, totally. Best time to visit Azerbaijan is from March to June and September to November First Week. But if you want to experience proper snow then Jan and Feb.

But only I thing I feel we all appreciate foreign places and other such stuff but when it comes to our place we all just litter around those places doesn't even care about any rules or any environmental issues😢😢

100% agree with this, we recently went to Manali and felt really bad how our people do not take care of what we have. India has the most beautiful landscapes but some people do not respect that enough. We even saw tambaku and pan spits in Solang Valley. We hope in future situation improves.
