I've watched your "how to" video on trailer backing several times and have learned a lot. Thanks for making it and sharing. I live about a mile away from Harbortown RV resort so your video caught my eye. I am new to RV'ing so I have enjoyed your campground reviews because they are all fairly close by and have given me some good ideas. Your videos are nicely done and you seem like really nice people. Got a kick out of starting the campfire with a torch!

+Al Mann thanks! I'm glad we can help. Harbortown is a great park. We used to start fires with kindling and a stick lighter. Now we fire up the torch and use shredded paper. Haha it gets the campfire going in no time!

Same here, No friends either, lol! My wife and I have been camping for 28 years together and we don't group camp. Although we have 5 daughters and we do on occasion get a couple of them come for a visit or spend a night. It's all good with me, we enjoy each others company. And we also driveway camp if we can't get to a campground! Enjoying your videos!

+m.m. siteseers it's fun, but awkward to camp with others, because we're so used to being alone. Either way we love camping! The weekends we can't camp, we are driveway camping! Can't get enough🏕👍

Great channel, Love the reviews that you make of the sites you visit. Your assessment of the sites, the amenities etc is excellent.

+Davie. H thank you! We like getting viewer feedback. Our goal for 2017 is to stay at a new park every time we go out, or at least TRY not to stay at the same place twice.

Got to love the bumpy Michigan roads I use to live in Michigan

When towing we try to avoid 75 in lower Michigan at all costs... Sometimes it just doesn't work that way haha

We camped that weekend by Empire Mi. Nicest day we had was driving home that Monday lol was still a good weekend though. I think within the first couple hours i always go on a mom and dad drink pick up. I know those train tracks well! They run right parallel with our fire station in New Boston MI. We enjoy your guys videos! Keep it up

I've been there a few times. It's pretty upscale for the camper i had ha ha. I would recommend totem pole park in petersburg (about 30 minutes from harbortown.) but they have sense then went to mostly all seasonal sites. I live in Flat Rock, Michigan so either of the places aren't very bad drives. I'd like to check out places in Ohio being that I have family in the Tiffin/New Riegel/Findlay/Fostoria area.

+SteveTheTruckGuy that was our first time there, we really liked it! We're always looking for new places to visit.

You should get Anderson Levelers for your trailer. Makes leveling the rig so much easier. We have them and I love them!

+Eric Rhodes I agree! They have been on my "list" for a while now.

Great videos - I’m also an Ohio Airstreamer. I ride motorcycles with friends and without. I agree that it is more enjoyable camping with my dog than friends

Haha at least we don't have to do a bunch of group activities if we don't want to. But we like camping with a small group but not like the groups that were at this campground

we just bought a travel trailer so we can camp with are friends. it's a good way to blow some money. we could have spent it on a lot worse things lol we are from the marion area grew up in the Bowling Green area. love watching the videos.

Have you tried Rocky Fork state park in Hillsboro, Ohio great campground also the wife and I are coming up to east harbor Ohio were you all live any recommendations for restaurants up there thanks would love to meet you all
@WanderingWagners7 жыл бұрын
+south9490 we haven't been to that park yet, but it's on our list now! For restaurants if you like sports bars check out cleats. It's right on state route 163 next to Skipper buds. Out towards Port Clinton there is Nagoya Japanese steakhouse, Casa Las Palmas if you like Mexican food. Crows nest is right down the road from East harbor state park. Mon Ami restaurant is an American eatery at a historic winery. If you want to head into downtown Port Clinton McCarthy's is an Irish pub we like. When are you headed to East harbor?

Loved it! I knew your trailer video would be a hit.. My "how to" channel has almost 10,000 subs and has had just shy of 5 million lifetime views.. We will have to do a video collaboration one day on down the road.. Not sure what it would entail but it might be fun.. 👍😁

I don't like to go camping with anyone either. I love having people visit us when we are camping but when you go with other people you always feel like you gotta do things on their time. I take my travel trailer I want to sit around my fire and enjoy my trailer not theirs. guess I'm selfish lol
@WanderingWagners7 жыл бұрын
+Louis Halvas our friends think we are nuts for spending money on a travel trailer and camping. They just don't get it!
