@@WanderlustWellman Like a lot of dishes, Tacu Tacu had a humble origin, that started with the leftovers of white rice and beans that evolved into a unique Peruvian refried beans dish made with aji pepper and onions. It's my favorite. 😊

@@WanderlustWellman Yes. Causa is awesome dish as well. Causa means cause in English and was created in the early 1800s by women that would sell it to support the independence of Peru.
