두분 사는것 보기 좋네요. 한 10분 거리에 삽니다. 우리 부부도 아이들과 비슷한 나이에 미국에 와서 보스톤에서 지내다 애들 교육 다 시키고, 뉴져지에서 지냅니다. 웅원합니다.

2019년에 $1.5M에 구입했고 지금은 시세가 $1.9M 정도 하네요. 주택세는 1년에 3만불 즉 3500만원 정도로 보통 학군이 좋을수록 세금이 높은 편인데 뉴저지 중에서도 아주 높은 세금을 내고 있네요. 안그래도 궁금했었는데 덕분에 구경 잘 했습니다~

저리 큰 저택이 미국에선 1.9M 밖에 안하다니... 캐나다 토론토는 저 사이즈보다 훨씬 작아도 2M은 기본으로 넘는답니다..대신 주택세는 미국 보다 더 싸네요.
