can anyone explain me, why Wang Chuquin is exercising chop defense? I've never seen this before in a chinese training session. thanks in advance.

it's not used too often so they don't practice it very much, but it's still an essential skill to keep, especially playing against players with a chop playstyle.

@@dragonwulin thx you. i understand. i just wondered because its looks a bit unusual to see an attacking powerhorse like him doing this kind of technique but as you mentioned, definitly required against players with chop playstyle and definitly also a plus regarding creativity.
