Chinese Foreign Minister met US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Beijing. The two top diplomats discussed the ongoing wars in Gaza and Ukraine, American sanctions on Chinese firms, TikTok and China’s claims on Taiwan. Blinken also met Chinese President Xi Jinping as ties between the two nations hit a historic low. Chinese Foreign Minister warned Blinken that the US should not get involved in China’s internal matters. Blinken’s visit to China comes in the backdrop of US President Joe Biden signing the bill that would potentially ban TikTok nationwide in America. This is also Blinken’s second visit to China within a year.

No. There indeed has a "one china" policy in the Sino/US ' ShangHai jointed communicade in 1972, and it also agreed to "maintain status quo"- there is No explicit words as "Taiwan is part of China" because US wants leave ambiguity for political maneuver.
