Wanna be A&Rs? C'mon!

Hello,
Today, I talk about the start of my career, A&R!
A&Rs work tirelessly back stage together with artists to produce great music. But there isn't much information about A&R work even though you want to work in the field, right?
Today's talk is based on my real experiences of my job interview, interviews to hire new A&Rs and my work as an A&R. Hope this is helpful for those who are preparing to be A&R!
