Thank you, Mark, great lessons. Could you also teach us when and how to use off, up, down, around, etc. after a verb like cool off, clear up, etc. I can't use them actively.

Mark, thank you for your video! Yes, connected fluent speech not adapted for non-native speakers is really! really! hard to get. I think if I turned out to be in an English speaking country I quess I could talk only with teachers of English :) Movies are absolutely impossible to understand without subtitles! We have to deal with it! :)
@leongchunnam15694 ай бұрын
Good clarification! 👍🏻 I wanna watch your next video. Sometimes, wanna is used for 'wanted to' - is that correct? 'Gonna' is more confusing as it means 'going to', not 'gone'.
@nataliadanilyuk84214 ай бұрын
Thanks for the explanation🤗. Is it correct to say: he/she does wanna eat lunch or it has a slightly different meaning?
@MadEnglishTV4 ай бұрын
It’s only correct if someone is saying he doesn’t want to eat lunch. Then you can say: He DOES wanna eat lunch!

Very good teacher. I'm an English teacher from Somalia🇸🇴. Could I ask you something, please? Why do we use the present perfect when we are using the phrase " Run out of " ? ?? Is it oky if I say? OWe are running out of milk.
@MadEnglishTV4 ай бұрын
Yes you can. You can use any verb tense with that. For example: I ran out of milk.

Unfortunately, wanna is used for past tense, too; wanted to. That's why English makes no sense 😂
