The mango itself with the sticky rice should be very very riped & SWEET. it’s very delicious. Try getting it somewhere else or when the mango is “yellow” .. soft & sweet. And it’s better when the sticky rice with coconut is warm. Veryyyyy delish! I’m not thai but I like thai cuisine.

That's not real mango sticky rice. Mangoes used in this clip It was neither ripe nor sweet. And there is no coconut milk as an ingredient. You should try it again.

I go to a local Thai restaurant called Long Beach Thai. All’s I eva get is the Pad See Ew with extra Pork & Shrimp, Pork Wontons, Crispy Shrimp and a Large Thai Tea!!! I be in Heaven!!🤤😋

The mango sticky rice tastes better when it's fresh and hot. Mango is way better when it's sweet..it shouldn't have been crunchy when u bit into it. They didn't let the mango get ripe enough. But thank u for trying Thai food. It's my parents' home country 🇱🇦

Hi Wannie. I'm Jae from Thailand. I love to suggest you how to enjoy Thai dish in the most extreamly way as Thai people Me Lol. First!. All noodle dishes (Except Drunkle style no need seasoning) must seasoning with 4 seasonal that you have to balance your flavor with Sugar, Fish sauce, Chilli powder and white vinegar. a little bit of this a little bit of that Lol. Then all curry's soup, Stir fried any meat or vegetable must eat with steam rice. The one you can enjoy itself is all spicy salad that we called "Yum" in Thai. Those grilled and deep fried must have a deeping sauce. Just a sample my dear. Thai dishes have more than a thousand menu from a Big different 5 Part of Thailand (Central, Northern, North east, Eastern and Southern) Come here in Thailand and spend at least 3 months you will surprise how come this small country having so much food and culture super unique with the most friendliness in the world.

Drunken noodles is called Pad Kee Mao. That first dish is Pad See Ew which simply means soy sauce noodles.

Spicy food is an aquired taste. That green curry is usually very spicy when you get the authentic thing in Thailand. To the point of a runny nose and tingly liips. These dishes are available everywhere and you get get them ifor a few bucks each (like maybe 4-5 each). It's street food :)

I have tried the mango and sticky rice before and it was good but I think they didn't make yours correctly. The dish is supposed to come with coconut milk, and for the mango, it has to reach full maturity so it doesn't taste sour but sweet. I hope that helps.

Makes my heart happy ❤ Yes Thai food can add up lol that’s why I make it at home but yes the pad see ew noodles are flat rice noodles I’m so sorry you didn’t like the mango with sticky rice but not all places make it right sad😢 if you try another Thai place maybe try theirs you might like Most of the reason why I make my Thai food is because I’m allergic to nuts and most Thai dishes have nuts. I can’t go to the restaurant and tell them ppl um ima need yall to wash yall pan utensils make sure no contamination with nuts before you make my food 😅😂 The green and red curry are similar ingredients and you were right it’s coconut milk but they still taste different but my favorite is also the red 😊 we eat the curry with noodles at home it be bussin

Those soupy dishes are usually made with coconut milk, so that's why they have that rich taste. I have never tried that Mango and sticky rice... and I never will simply because of how it looks!

The mango is not ripe properly for mango with sticky rice because it should not have the sound when you bite it.. The mango should soft and sweet with coconut milk which is salty.

They gave you the wrong kind of mango for that dish LOL!!! OMG!!! It has to be very soft one not crispy mango 🤣 And it has to be sweet sticky rice, not sticky rice for savory food. Before eat, pour the coconut milk all over it and crispy green beans (the yellow looks beans) on top. Try sticky rice with fried chicken, Moo-ping (skewed grill pork) Grilled or fried meat is gooood. Street food in Thailand, you can pay less than 10 dollars to get a stomach full meal. You can buy 3-4 spring rolls under 3 dollars 😊
