Its not a natural position for you I would think, it takes a while to get use to it, pulling upwards with your fingers like you showed in the video 😃

@@davidmackenzie5971 If it doesn't match your ergonomics, you shouldn't be using it. This kind of problem could cause irreparable harm to your health and movement. The Honda handle design is hard to beat.

Not easily. Commercial mowers need to have solid mount handles.
