Hey Tricia, thanks for the great suggestions. I have tried and failed many times over to keep track of my singing progress. I usually type out time spent and any insights I’ve had in a Word doc on my computer. I like your idea of having a physical notebook for easy access. It’s easy to get distracted moving 3 feet from my piano to my computer. LOL! I’ll try your approach and see how it goes. I purchased Geoff Colvin’s book "Talent is Overrated." The kindle version is only $4.99! It’s fascinating stuff. Thanks again!

I hear you! Sometimes I need the hardcopy in my hand...the book, the notebook, the quote written on a post it. I need it tangible. I bought a yellow notebook just so it would be easier to see :) I find computer plays so many roles fo me that often I go to write something down and then get distracted. Let me know what you think of the book.

I have been struggling with his to lose weight since I was younger and I was actually bullied for it with other people that made fun of who I was and that I was different from my voice that I had also had struggled with

I am so sorry Chelsea that you were bullied. My heart aches for you that you had to go through that. Some people are terribly mean. I am hope you have people in your life now that reflect back how wonderful you are. You are a valuable gift. Surround yourself with people remind you what a special person you are.
