Is Microsoft no longer providing 100% vouchers?

They do but only in Microsoft Ignite challenge and is like 1-2 times per year. They only offer you some exams for free - but if you do Learn 30 days challenge you can have 50% for more exams not just Fundamentals

John Saville videos are great - I passed my 104 with them - doing 305 now. Labs and Practice exams - and train in Azure - you can create free azure with $200 to spend so you can test how everything works.
