Somehow I can relate to you. I am an engineer in the merchant navy and earn good. I get long vacations and trade full time during my holidays. I love it. Hopefully, one day I can follow your footsteps and transition into a full time trader.

But salary is not the only thing which is provided by job ,You get social circle ,you get quality time spend with co-worker ,you get at least fixed salary on which you based your day to day livelihood ,after office you can have family life and friends ,But think abt life of full trader full day is spend with so much pressure ,watching computer screen on market movement , after market hours ,you start analyzing the full days data across all sectors ,then you take dinner and then again start with next day strategy ,next day from early morning you quickly captures the international news impacting share market ...................oh oh ,Also include time for analyzing international market .........where is the time for you and family ,then most of the time you are in loss ,so you exhibit your frustration on ur family ........
