We are also using this mixer from past 5 years and its absolutely fantastic. Only thing we have faced is one of the 2 clip on the small jar has broken but still its running with 1 clip and we need to hold it tight. But other than that there's no issues at all and I need to find out a new lid for that I haven't searched for it yet and if you have any suggestions suggestions where to buy it please let me know.

Please don't buy this mixie. It is not durable, and the customer service is horrible. We bought this and used for 1.5 to 2 years. After that, in spite of careful use, lock of one of the lids broke, the switch sticker peeled off, etc. The service is horrible. Nobody answers the helpline and parts take 1 month to arrive. Parts are expensive. It is a good product as long as you don't need any service. When we pay 25k for a product we expect excellent durability and service. This one fails in both. If you have money, please buy a new Bajaj or Sujata mixie every 2 years. You will still save money and heartburn.

Are the jars easy to clean? I like removable blades so that it becomes easy to clean. Especially soaked urad dal batter can be very difficult to clean.

The smallest jar is about 500 ml so it is bigger than usual mixies. For a family of 2 , I’ve never had an issue as such..

I have heard that the lid locks break down within a few months from multiple reviews and you gotta pay for their replacement, it is not covered in warranty despite all the "5 Year Warranty" thing. Has it happened to you?

So I’ve not had an issue with the lid.. it has fallen a few times but never broke. The clips on the sides are also sturdy..
