You can prove that equality by yourself. Multiply both sides of the equation -8/5 = 8/-5 by -1. The result is 8/5 = 8/5, which you know is correct.

@@discobear5752 -(8/5) It doesn't matter whether you put the negative sign on the top or the bottom.
