There is a TV show on YT called....Nihonjin no shiranai nihongo. Will help, maybe a little later when further along. The book "Japanese the Manga Way, an illustrated guide to grammer and structure" by Wayne P. Lammers is a must-have. It's an excellent, extemely well made book and covers everything.

It's past 1am for me now and seeing this video makes me want to go to the kitchen to prepare a bowl of instant ramen (Samyang ramen with chicken or beef flavor) with an egg poached in the soup. when i was in tokyo i stayed right next to otsuka station and that area is full of hidden gems. so many restaurants without any crowds (except for the onigiri place)!

Tell me about it. Japanese food places love branching so much, they even do it in Germany. There's this one Japanese Ramen shop called Takumi that's in a dozen locations now. It's probably the best bowl of Ramen you can get in Germany, so I'm not complaining.
