The FBI Files

Күн бұрын

The Shootist: In the late 1980s, the FBI matches wits with a cunning bank robber -- a lone gunman responsible for the longest string of unsolved bank robberies in FBI history. The robber's planning is meticulous. He executes his crimes with military precision. It will take the combined skills of local police and dozens of agents to catch a criminal mastermind they call, "The Shootist."
Rebellion in Paradise: In Puerto Rico, violent militants are intent on turning the US Commonwealth into a communist dictatorship. They murder a policeman, turns their guns on a busload of unarmed Navy workers, and even launch an attack on the FBI. These ruthless killers have vowed to fight to the death. The FBI must use every tactic at their disposal to track down the terrorists and bring them to justice.
Terror For Sale: In the 1980s, the drug trade ravages Chicago's inner city neighborhoods and violent crime threatens to destroy entire communities. As drug profits grow, gangs rule the streets. One of the most dangerous is the El Rukns. FBI Agents team up with state and local police to bring them down, but in the process, uncover a bizarre and frightening terrorist plot.
The FBI Files is an American docudrama that takes a look behind the scenes of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's crime laboratory.
Real FBI cases are recounted through reenactments and interviews, due to the sensitive nature of the show, viewer discretion is advised.

So many interesting cases for free on KZbin. What more can you ask for? The show does a good job documenting how the FBI investigated these cases and compiled and used information and evidence. It is never boring.

In our state India, people simply use tractors to simply dig out and take away the ATM machine whole. Nobody was caught ever. One day a group of uneducated robbers took away the bank transaction passbook printing book machine instead of the ATM machine and they were caught while looting a restaurant for food. True story.

I am South African. And about 30 years ago I worked at a bank. There was a notorious bank robber Andre Stander being pursued by the cops and one day we were warned by the police that he may perhaps be travelling in our direction. He had been on the run and probably needed to pull off another robbery. I was never as scared as I was that day. Fortunately he didn't head our way. I know some people who had lived through bank heists. One is on anxiety meds till today. Another resigned after a bank heist. All she ever knew in her working life was banking but she just couldn't cope after a robbery.

In 2002 I escaped an armed robbery purely because I overslept. I had planned to deliver my mortgage papers as soon as the bank opened. Somehow I missed my alarm but for a few seconds I was doubting if I would simply hurry my ass and catch the bus still. I decided to give up on that thought and changed the plans I had. Turned around and slept in. Later that day the bank was closed due to circumstances. I learned from the news that right at the opening, when I would have been there, armed Robbers robbed the bank. Apparently no clients had been there yet but the staff ofcourse were. Oversleeping saved my ass from possible lifelong trauma. These bankrobbing stories always make me wonder how different things could have turned out for me.

We got more navy ships than they got tanks, we got more tanks than they got trucks, we got more fighter jets and bombers than they have at their airports.. and it's not even close. I dislike trump and biden. And i have from the start. It's become a joke. The real dumb and dumber, one is literally developing dementia right in front of us and one is more crooked than the letter Z... the only thing trump got going is he can put a coherent paragraph together live, and biden can't even try

In 52.27 you see this unimaginable scene where those undercover officers go back to the location where they got ambushed and jump out of their car on the road with forest on the sides in total darkness. If the event went in real life as it was told - this is where you can see the result of the fact that here in Finland the army is mandatory for everyone no matter the profession (exept for women or if you are disabled, paralyzed etc. - but for female officers it is mandatory). Plus the fact that in Finland the police training lasts minimum 3 yrs. (for the regular cops) and higher ranked officers have got to go to few years more of training. So here the police has military backround + minimum three years of training. I bet that might got something to do with the fact that during my lifetime (34 yrs.) there has been only three police officers who got killed in the line of duty.
@Ainaes-Feline

I thought it was because as far as you can go back into history Russia has always tried to invade Finland and Sweden. And so needed always to be prepared to take up arms.. bit like the Swiss...I wished there was more on the amazing "White death" sniper....Ever since my son told me...which is funny considering Ive been fed WWII crap since I could walk....The worst are the Germans with their self-flagellation, but I never heard the amazing story of that true people's hero. Maybe because no one hears a word about Scandinavia apart from the Vikings, fjords and ABBA...tooooo cold overthere.

@Ainaes-Feline
@Ainaes-Feline 11 ай бұрын
@@mathewskaggs3955 What does that have to do with the lack of skilled police officers who are often not even familiar with their own laws. In most countries it takes years to become a cop and to become a detective you have to finish the equivalent of University...most European countries don't lose as many cops in 25 years than you guys do in 1 year just in one large city. If that's not getting the message something isn't working through, nothing will. It's just as your soldiers you keep sending them and they are still babies most don't make it back and if they do the help the need to re adjust is abysmal and utter tragedy. Your country just send them as canon fodder not as the next generation we need to keep on growing. They just don't care. And the same is for your officers they're nothing more than canonfodder badly prepared. A crying shame.

@@mathewskaggs3955 I ment that a) that scene where those officers got ambushed and jumped out in to the road (where they were sitting ducks) would never happen if they had military training and b) the gun laws in Finland are so strict that they dont sell any semi autom. rifles etc. to people (not including .22) - so there is so small amount of gun related violence out here.

I do feel bad for her though. Honestly, she’s just ignorant to the whole situation and how you should handle yourself and dealing with cops. What a nightmare. And what’s crazy is there so many young people in America who have no idea how to interact with police officers at a traffic stop. They get defensive and turn on their cameras. They show that they’ve never been told no, and they’ve never had their will crossed by their parents, or any other authority figure. Then they lose it and try to run and get a damn evading charge.

Not true! Chicago is not even in top 15 or so most violent, according to Google. (Should check it out, I was surprised at the list) Chicago is really an awesome city to visit and imo, gets a bad rap. It has its own very bad “areas” , as any big city but overall makes up in culture and entertainment diversity, Museums, architectural beauty, and the food! From fine dining to corner Italian beef/ hot dog corner bistros.

They should do one on Larry Hoover and the GD's. Plus they need to free that man he has did his time for his crimes and let the man out and spend some time with his family before he dies. He said he has no part in the GD's now and he says all it was supposed to be as growth and development for black men loli know

Remember when the FBI were true law enforcement and not under Democrat rule and payroll? Sad to see their legendary status fall to the level it has. It’ll take decades to rebuild their reputation.

I don’t understand how you rob over 30 places and keep going? After the first few times, I’m done. This dude pass 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30. At no point was this guy self aware. Like I’m going to get caught. Let me stop.
