Allah is powerful and mighty... in the time of Muhammed s.a.w.s there was man called Osman (2nd Caliph of Islam) who was a strong and respected man in the community. He too hated Muslims and was chosen to lead non-muslims against Muhammed and his followers.. One day he realize his sister also converted to Islam and he decided that is the day he will go and kill Muhammed s.a.w.s and be over with it... He entered Muhammed's s.a.w.s house with the sword as a pagan (idol worshiper), and exited as a Muslim :) His conversion was big boost to islam and he become biggest protector and later rightful leader of the religion and very respected figure in Islam till this day!

In islam women have all the rights we know today and even more that is not so knows.. including right to work or not, and if she does what she earns its hers to keep and her husbands money is hers as well. She gets share of his wealth after he passes away, she can be educated, she can be a leader... BUT she can not lead Muslims at prayers when guys are in the group, however she can lead all women prayer !!!
