Ive suffered through this in my teens and 20s. I went to therapy a couple years ago and talked about it a little to a therapist. I feel that it helped a lot. I kind of still have that problem still but I am doing my best to learn how to love myself to love someone who loves me.

Hi coach I have stopped contacting my ex and have started leaving my phone at home since my job takes me on long trips and to be honest my phone has become a distraction.
