To add something, I think that the best way to get over fear of failure is to adopt a growth mindset. There is no failure only feed back. This even applies to losing a job, or having your business not succeed the first few times. This mindset frees you from the pressure and you can just focus on getting better.

From experience, I've learned that a TRUE alpha male has a magnificent personality and a natural leader. Alot of beta males, especially those who think getting bigger in the gym automatically deems them alpha. Alpha males are typically intelligent, resolved, and CONFIDENT, not arrogant. By this definition...very few men are "alpha male." How many of us can say that we know what we want to do for a living let alone know who we are? In my humble opinion, I must contest this and say that is a part of the journey called life, which is full of its peaks and valleys. No one is statically one or the other...I find that there's little dynamism and nuance here as a result. All it takes is the loss of a job, a medical emergency with subsequent debt, etc. to disrupt this consistent need to stoically suppress or hide your emotions, especially while dating. Timing can be everything and people come and go. If she leaves, let the unsupportive, disloyal chick go. You'll be better for it...with more in your pocket, too. Control what you can...and ya can't control women...but they can control and destroy you if you let them. And who says money can't make you happy..."buys you a better life" Wolf of Wall Street reference in mind.
