Seriously though what if he ate an ancient weapon? I just rewatched that arc and had the thought that his power has some serious potential

So some more speculation about his fruit. Anything he eats he can incorporate into his body, so what if he eats a devil fruit using his power as the catalyst instead of eating it normally? Will he still die? If so what about if he awakens his fruit? What if he eats a weapon that ate a devil fruit? Could he use the abilities of said weapon without actually utilizing the fruit the weapon ate? Also, he has the potential to make crazy powerful people. Remember when he ate his two henchmen and fused them? What if he fused 2 devil fruit users? What galena if he eats another person? Could he fuse himself like he did his henchmen? Could that be a way to bypass the 1 devil fruit limit? Can he eat elements, like fire, and make them part of his body? Could he make himself float on water if he ate a boat or could he survive in water if he ate a fish or Fishman and took on properties of a fish, like gills? What about Haki? Could he eat someone who is using Haki and if so could he himself now have Haki, maybe even permanent Haki? His power could be so versatile that we can't even preceive the possibilities.
