Waqf act should be dismantled altogether. Let a waqf be treated as any other land owner like an individual or company or trust or NGO. If patta, EC, sale deed/gift deed/donation deed is available only that waqf can be told to own that land. If no documents, no ownership. Simple.

Sir, Our concern is not the issues involved in Administration of wakf board. Our Hindus private property and temples properties have been grabbed unlawfully misusing their special rights. How to prevent these illegal grabbing of wakf board? What is the answer by the opposition parties blindly opposing this new wakf reforms amendments? The chiefs of this board have been Looting. For themselves. All non muslim properties must be returned. Wafhk properties are for Charity and be used as shelters for Poor women children aged handicapped and not for commercial purposes.

Waqf = a State in another State... To note that the Act is anticonstitutional as Bharat is a secular state...not an islamic state...Seems the Act couldn't be repealed or abrogated as when Hindus, when requested by Modiji to give him an absolute majority at the last elections to get such evil acts wiped away easily, they preferred to vote their cast instead of casting their votes...Shame on Hindus to have failed NDA in securing an Absolute majority...This is how Hindus will always lose grounds in Bharat and might even lose the country one day due to disolidarity, disunion and casteist approaches...

The Wakf is the permanent dedication of any moveable or immoveable property which is pious , religious, or charitable. Charity is the dominant feature of a Wakf. The creator of a Wakf is called Wakif. The income of the Wakf Property is utilized for charity, assistance to the poor and needy, maintenance of the Mosque, Dargah, Graveyards, Khankah, educational institution, hospitals. A Wakf is managed by the mutawalli or a managing committee or directly by the Wakf Board. The state govt. has a rule to play in maintenance of the Aukaaf. Wakf Board is constituted by the state Govt. for 5 years. Chairman of the Board is the administrative head.
