there should be no option -JUST REMOVE THE BOARD. just coz by law waqf is made answerable, dont think they will comply. they're now answerable to minority affairs ministry and therefore to the parliament and law of the land. did that stop them from looting all the land we stupid hindus thought was ours ??? is anyone able to recover now?? all police, sub-reg, state govts are scared shitless of questioning the claims befor handover.

Is this of law available for hindus of pakistan and Bangladesh??In 2005 waqf board land was 3 lakh acres now 9 lakh acres.. how did they get?? How did they claim whole village along with 2000 year temple?? What kind of law it is even can't go to supreme court??

They will continue to increase Waqt Properties and may claim half of the country. For we Hindus are Gandus and will again vote to Chamchas of Muslims (Congress, SP, TMC RJD DMK and Communists of all denominations). What we have not lost ? Aksai Chin, Kaccha Dweep and Coco Island.all Nehru's Family Property.

And by the way, it was not by Ottoman Empire 😅 ottoman empire came into prominence in 13th-14th century.. meanwhile Mohammadan period dates to 700s AD. @@raw25_ nobody exactly who when quran is created cuz 1 says it was after moghuls invaded india ,so may be 1000 to 800 years ago but it was specifically written on political agenda like divide and conquer while some say it was in Saudi. But it is not more than 1300 years ago. Its just bit old than Bible..the Jesus is just an idea created by British to create loyal followers who will act according to their colonial ideology.. unlike the past there many sanatani brothers who are not afraid of fight and war .. indians inside indian are as motivated and eagerly willing to come out and fight enemies .. that is what matters.. next we have to give legal and a streamlined way of compiling grouping hindus and make them a formidable force ..

INC was constituted for obtaining Independence from Britishers by M k Gandhi not as a political outfit. Unfortunately even after Gandhi called for dissolution, Nehru played game of politics to retain power. To alleviate all issues he faced, he became nuisance to India which became his hereditary property. Now gradually Sonia Congress appeased minorities.

I.Ramamurthy It is puzzling to observe how can they superior than constitution law of India? It is highly ridiculous. How can they the brainless congress party pass the act in 1995 and 2013. It is also observed that how can hindu temples and its property of more than 1500 years old can be claimed wakf property when Islamic invader invaded india during 1193 AD and mughal empires since 1526 AD? Temple of 1500 years old property in Tamil nadu and its 7 villages of Chola dynasty can be the property of wakf board since Delhi sultan commander Maliq Kafur had looted Madurai and Tiruchirapalli district in 1342 AD. These are only samples but still many hindu temple lands are usurped.The whole system of wakf board is corrupt and draconian management with the connivance of psedo sicklur parties such as congress, SP, RJD, communist party and TMC. Anti India congress party is the main culprit. Better to abolish Wakf Board and psedo sicklurasim from the imdian constitution in order to avoid anarchy from the corrupt Indi alliance who have no brain at all except hungry for power. Any Parliament Act passed for the welfare of its citizens and which is fair since 2014, is always fought in Court but discriminatory Act passed during Corrupt Congress goes to court aftr 70 years??????????? I wonder why this is even given so much importance, WAQF is illegal, it is not Indian Constitution. Nothing must run parallel to the Indian Constitution. Advocates are keeping on speaking WAQF Act time and again as thou it is legal... strange World indeed.

In 1921 the British government introduced HR CE act for the protection of temples and it's properties and Wakaf board for the protection of mosques and it's properties but after creation of states in 1956 the HR & CE act changed into State Devaswam boards and it's members are the nominees of ruling political parties and temples incomes goes to government treasury, the land limit to temples as 15 acre and the excess temples land taken over as state revenue land and made it public properties but no changes made in wakaf board made free from government control hence wakaf board taken over lands without showing any records of ownership why it happened in a democratic country.

There is no logical reason for waqf board to exist. There should be no special provision for any community. Likewise, it is time to do away with HUF (for Hindus) as a legal entity for taxation purposes.
