Good morning Steve. Minnesota won't be a shock... it's still the same (if not worse) than the last time you were here. I'm not happy that Walz is in the running for VP. He let Minneapolis burn and defended the police and we are worse for it. I just can't understand how people can't see this.

So many extra apartments etc... for rent in Nashville. I heard on the TV the other day about how there is so many empty apartments due to NO one able to pay the price they are asking, prices are supposedly coming down, but the contractors are going to loose their butts in this. I have been through a few hurricanes, as I live along the Gulf Coast of Texas. Anything after a category 3 it is time to go. The cat 3's are questionable for some people's need to evacuate.

I am in Tampa. We were lucky to get wind and rain (40 mph gusts) mainly. Sure, tornadoes and flash flooding were in parts, but Tampa Bay was pretty unscathed. Now, Ft. Myers and the Tallahassee areas got the brunt of it.

@@paigemarcantel3943 You need some in the bank in order to function online, but cash on hand is also important. I recommend finding the balance you're comfortable with. I do not expect major banks to "crash".

hard to say exactly what will happen between Iran and Israel, the last retaliation episode a lot of people, including myself believe it looked very scripted like both sides didn’t really want to go full bore Just wanted to save face and look like they responded so we will see what happens this time also concerning the financial markets the best advice for somebody who is getting near retirement and has their money in a 401(k) is to immediately move the funds to the money market, low return and much safer funds. That way it protects you big nest egg amounts that you have in the 401(k). at least where I work you can quickly move it and it is fully moved usually by the next 1-2 business days so Friday when it started to crash, I moved all of my funds into the money market conservative fund in my 401(k). And again, this is because I’m close to retirement, which is what the experts recommend if you see a crash, put it in the conservative funds. You won’t earn much it might not even quite keep up with inflation, but you will protect from a catastrophic chunk being lost.

The economy is screwed, buy SQQQ because it is leveraged 3x against the Nasdaq100, I don't agree with shorting a market but it is coming down to survival.
