@Blackboard Tutor Did some digging. The leadership trait affects experience gaining capabilities of a squadron as it pertains to air units. So, if you want your training squadrons to train faster, you would prioritize the leadership ability above others. Some questions... 1) How altitude impact flak? I mean what can we do to avoid flak for example torpedo bombers and dive bombers always take low level flak? Level Bombers and Fighter can avoid flak if they bomb from high altitudes and make high altitude sweeps? 2) withdrawals question can I replace withdrawal units with green pilots and old planes? 3) when you upgrade planes the old planes go to the pool and I can use them or it needs time before I can use them again? 4) when you change the base you can use that planes for example to bomb/naval attack from the new base and surprise your adversary? 5) the attacker chooses the altitude of the fight I mean when someone comes at 31k the cap must go there? When you attack with torpedo/dive bombers at 31k the torpedo bombers dive to launch torpedoes/bombs but the cap fights at 31k or attacks the bombers when they dive to drop bombs/torpedoes? Thanks...

It’s not that complicated but what are the bonuses ? Repair and number of sorties ?

Are you referring to the air HQ? The bonuses lie primarily in strike coordination. Having an air HQ in command radius helps coordinate the strike package, getting more aircraft on target at the same time, as well as improving the link up with any fighter escort.

What altitude do you use for asw or scouting

I use 1000ft for ASW and 6000ft for scouting.
