The DT levels of a prime soul would either rival frisk's or be even greater than theirs. In Undertale logic, If they have enough DT to manifest a physical form even if they are just souls, then they have enough DT to warp time.

Wait, does this mean if V1 was in undertale right, that he would be able to alter the save files? He already alters time in Ultrakill- this is assuming that resets act like save files in undertale. (The prime souls have specific lines for you coming back). So V1, a machine, would have more DT then a human soul or prime souls. This also implies the Prime souls can remember what happened in previous attempts, kind of like sans. Also, yes a prime souls DT would more then rival frisks DT, prime souls are souls of humans with enough will power to not need a vessel anymore and make their own bodies.

Sisyphus Prime vs. Asriel Dreemurr is just an Unstoppable Force vs. an Immovable Object... Sisyphus has so much determination and will-power that he doesn't need a physical body. His soul just manifests its own body before you can destroy what was meant to contain it. However... Asriel has the power of 7 normal human souls, and potentially control over their timeline. Standard attacks literally do nothing. One last thing about Sisyphus. He has 200 HP in game. Frisk at LOVE 20 has 99. I'll be back, I'm gonna be crunching the numbers a while.
