This game definitely has potential, I think it’s going to be very popular upon release…these devs are doing amazing work. However, I do agree with you though…the almost instant, utter annihilation of any structure in sight will definitely be a problem. People will just destroy everything in sight right away and leave nowhere to hide…the beam needs to be nerfed to a degree, or maybe allow building destruction to be a choice of yes/no when hosting a game/server? I honestly can’t wait for it to come out though.

Есть такое ощущение, что игру разрабатывают только для того, чтобы снимать по ней ролики и набирать просмотры. Понятно что хотят из фильма сделать игру, но эффект : "смотрите, я внутри того самого фильма!!!" может угаснуть после пару прохождений и игра станет не нужной... Искренне надеюсь что подобного не случится, но это ощущение нарастает с каждым новым роликом всё больше и больше. Да я понимаю что триноги красиво получились! Да, я верю что они страшные! Да, я вижу что они такие же как и в кино! Это всё очень хорошо! Но кроме этого будет ли что-то ещё, именно игровое?

Особенно нелепо выглядит разрушение здания. не понятно что триноги забыли в пустом лесу. Вообще никакой ужас эти машины не вызывают. В фильме чувствовался страх неизвестного, безнадёжность перед непопедимым врагом. Триноги наводили панику среди толпы людей, для одиночек представляли опасность щупальца разведчики и сами пришельцы. А тут мало того, что показали как повалили одну машину, так и герой не привязан к месту, способен постоянно двигаться и находиться в безопасности. Разработчикам надо сделать что-то вроде Generation zero

Unless there's a nerf on the lasers or a mode selection for players I don't see how they are going to be able to balance the gameplay for survivors and the aliens are gonna be severely overpowered. If they have military in pretty much every area the tripods step foot in it's going to be a rough launch at least. Maybe if they do what Arma did with becoming a bandit it might be better but they would have to have not only NPCs but players in the immediate area would have to become military with smart AI allies.

@@Jezzio93 yeah its likew the movie however its gonna turn out more like DayZ or arma more than its own standalone thing if the devs don't give some sense of balance between the different factions by that I mean its gonna either flop or die out qucker than the amount of people hopping on to try it. yeah DayZ and Arma still has SOME activity on their servers but the amount of activity from launch to now you only have the most loyal players still keeping up the servers but without the ability to balance the gameplay even if its not a mode select but possibly even spawning every military unit that survivors can use right as the tripod spawn the game in my opinion is gonna flop same as DayZ and Arma cause essentially that's what this is just with a few new features. feel me?

@@Jezzio93 not proud to admit it but I had to stop playing alien isolation before I got really anywhere into it cause the game literally gave me a heart attack at one of the points in the begining due to a few different problems with my health at that time so now if I wanted to experience any type of story horror game I have to look at gameplay in advance in sections so like I will use Callisto protocol as an example, I had to watch the first chapter to know what's suppose to happen when like being attacked and shit and afterwards I'd hop on and go passed that and go as far as my heart will let me go before I start feeling the numbness and pressurized pain in my chest or until I feel cold sweats and what not then I'd have to save it and try to watch a little bit ahead of where I was at before I continued cause watching something I can turn my head and nothing but sound will happen that indicates to me where I'd get jumped next and where they'd come from if its like dead space remake where shitll happen whenever it damn well pleases I have to keep my ears open or have traps set up so when I get jumped I already know and have prepared for it so it makes it easier on my heart when shit pops off. if its something that's randomized however if I get no notification cause I didn't hear the vents bust or the gurgle sound from the necromorphs usually what'd happen is I'd have to pause take a few minutes break walk away for a moment check my heart rate and once I got my chest to stop butterflying like a bee when the hive is being attacked otherwise I'd go out, the only thing that really makes it where I can keep going is if I have company cause the stress of being alone in an emergency is gone plus its less horrifying if you have someone with you if its co-op or just being present with you if its signal player like the only reason I got through Callisto with as few peaks ahead as it took (3) is cause either my lady was in the living room/kitchen area of where I stay and she was there to keep an eye on me to make sure I didn't go out kinda like liquid courage the best way to explain it.

A quick look at the graphic settings shows they support 2160p60 which, according to google, is "4K UHD". 4096 x 2160 is what movie projectors use whilst 3840 × 2160 is what common monitors use.

4K would only meaningfully be exactly 4000x4000 pixels in a completely square format. Everything else is common marketing parlance. 4K is 4x the pixels of 1080p, that's it. Your idea of true 4K would actually be pretty bad for displays, since then you're getting not integer scaling applied making 1080p images look like utter shit on your display.

This looks fantastic. I can't wait to play it. The radio talk shows are a nice emersive detail. Like a broken clock, even tin hatters get it right sometimes. 😊 Having played console video games since the original Pong system back the 70s, I hope this game comes out on the Xbox. 😊 While the video says it doesn't follow the narrative of the novel or the 2005 movie, it does seem to follow the movie and novel ending. They ended with the improbable deaths of the aliens after encountering Earth born diseases (odds are our sicknesses would have little or no effect on them). So, it seems unlike some survival games this one will have an ending. Stay alive long enough for them to die. Keep all your electronics unplugged and batteries removed for they are already here.
